JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions to the Respondents (specially the Respondent No. 4, Ancahl Adhikari, Maharajganj) to remove the encroachment from the village Road passing through Khata No. 148, Survey No. 1600, Tauzi No. 1042 situated at Village-Mauza Bangara, P.S. Maharajganj, Thana No. 579, Anchal Maharajganj, District-Siwan, which Government Rasta has been encroached by the Respondent No. 5 (Prithviraj Kumar Singh) and Respondent No. 6

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Maharajganj, District-Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
