2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nautan (Jagidishpur) P.S. Case No. 393 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. During investigation the role of the petitioner has come in the crime and it is said that he has participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. In a case of murder of a person when the involvement of the petitioner has come, the petitioner do not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14258 of 2024(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 accordingly, dismissed.

6. The petitioner must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.

7. If such a petition is filed in the court below for grant of bail, then the same may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
