This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 324, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of the petitioner is that name of the petitioner transpired in the statement of the deceased before his brother and father and similarly situated co-accused, Kiran Singh and Rakesh Kumar, have already been allowed bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10058 of 2012 and Cr. Misc. No. 20741 of 2011.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 288 of 2008 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, or successor Court.
