Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R, on the date and time of occurrence, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners armed with Hasua came at the door of informant and assaulted the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to matrimonial dispute between the parties, they have been made accused in this case. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Sri S.N. Sah, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Patory (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S.
