The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2013 registered under Sections-323, 324, 341, 504, 506 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although the petitioner is said to have given one Chapra blow on the head of the informant but the impugned order of learned Sessions Judge reveals that one lacerated wound skin deep caused by hard and blunt substance, was found on the person of the informant. Furthermore, it appears from the impugned order that police after due investigation, found the case untrue under Section-307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4669 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner, named-above, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Shri P.K. Choudhary, J.M.. Saran at Chapra subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
