He has sought further six months time to conclude Sessions Trial No. 222 of 2015 arising out of Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 on the ground that P.O. of the Court was transferred on 19.08.2017 and he has joined this Court on 11.09.2017. Summons have been sent to the witnesses but prosecution has not produced any witness till yet. Under the circumstances four months time is granted to conclude the Sessions Trial No. 222 of 2015 arising out of Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014.
