JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2022 In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 23.08.2022, a show cause has been filed by the Vice-Chancellor, T.M. Bhagalpur University, wherein he has narrated the events which have unfolded right from the day of filing of the representation by the petitioner on 04.06.2018, till passing of the order on 19.08.2022.

This Court is satisfied with the reasoning set out in the show cause filed by the Vice Chancellor, T.M. Bhagalpur University for the delay caused in passing the final order dated 19.08.2022, hence this Court deems it fit and proper to drop the further proceedings as against the Vice-Chancellor, T.M.
