Petitioners seek bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 257 of 2016 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Seizure list appears to be maneuvered as no independent witness has put signature on the seizure list. Petitioners have no criminal history and are in custody since 14.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9051 of 2017 (3) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 257 of 2016.
