2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is said to have established physical relation with the complainant on the pretext of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that so-called victim is major and matured widow lady having a son aged about 12 years. He submits that the petitioner performed marriage with another lady and when this fact came in knowledge of the complainant, she lodged the present case against the petitioner. He further submits that

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
