The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.246 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier on two occasions the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected.

On query, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in course of trial two witnesses have already been examined by now.

Considering the stage of the case and the reasons assigned in the previous orders, I see no reason to take a different
