JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. The opposite parties have filed show cause admitting the entitlement of the petitioner and also they have taken stand that corrective measures have been taken by the opposite parties and after completing necessary formality, the application of the petitioner after making necessary entry, for further action has been forwarded to the office of Accountant General.

The Court hope and trust that the District Education Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah will pursue the matter of the petitioner personally and the office of the Accountant General will do needful having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a widow. All required decision at the level of the Accountant General must be taken within a period of sixty days from today. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
