The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that main allegation is against the son of the petitioner, namely, Ajit Kumar Tripathi. The Police after investigation have submitted final form in which the petitioner and others have been sent for trial. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner No. 1 Upendra Tripathi and petitioner No. 2 Malti Devi, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5259 of 2016 (3) dt.11-05-2016 P2/2 of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 108/2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
