JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred Supply Appeal No.05/2018 before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Jamui to assail the order dated 03.11.2018 contained in memo no.1294 by which the S.D.O., Jamui was pleased to cancel the P.D.S. licence of the petitioner. The prayer is for a direction to the appellate authority to consider and dispose off the appeal, which is pending for more than sixty days, within a reasonable time. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Let this writ application be disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Jamui to consider and
