Petitioner is accused in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 186 of 2016 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A/34 of the I.P.C. and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Petitioner is still ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16262 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 186 of 2016, G.R. No. 1221 of 2016.
