Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of order dated 12.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12824 of 2020, the petitioner was granted provisional bail for three months and for further confirmation, he was to appear before the court below to obtain the confirmation bail but he could not appear before the court below within the stipulated period on account of Covid-19. As such, he submits that the time may be extended for further one week to appear before the court below and he will act as per the direction of the Court. In such view of the matter, the order dated 12.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12824 of 2020 is modified

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13958 of 2021(2) dt.23-02-2021 2/2 to the extent that the time is extended further for two weeks from today and in terms of the aforesaid order, the petitioner will appear before the court below to do the needful.
