JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioners that in para-2 of order dated 04.02.2015, in place of under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, it has inadvertently been typed as under Sections 498A, 494, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Let in para-2 of order dated 04.02.2015, in place of under Sections 498A, 494, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, it be read as under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accordingly, the order dated 04.02.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
