The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The recovery is from bamboo clump of one Narendra Bind. The petitioner has a clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be

No.11489 of 2022(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sepcial Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
