JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 354A, 354C, 354D, 504, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Allegation against the petitioner no.1 is of teasing the informant and there is also allegation against petitioner no.2 of abusing the father of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that this case is counter blast of a case lodged by the father of petitioner no.1, in which petitioner no.1 was assaulted and received injury and so far petitioner no.2 is concerned, no specific allegation has been attributed against him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11567 of 2019(3) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this application is allowed and the provisional bail granted to the the petitioners vide order dated 26.02.2019 is confirmed.
