This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 326, 324, 306, 504, 506/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the persons, named in the First Information Report and several other persons, who are said to have assaulted the victims on the allegation that they were child-lifters.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of assault and the allegation is general and omnibus.

Considering the facts and circumstances and nature of accusation, this application is allowed.
