Mr. Santosh Kumar Jha =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-04-2016 It seems that the university is not interested in defending its order, which is under challenge, because they have failed to file any counter affidavit right from the date of the filing of the writ application, dated 20th of March, 2014 or a direction for doing so on 03.03.2016.

If that be so, the writ application is allowed. The impugned order is quashed.

If the university is interested, they can exercise their authority afresh in accordance with law.
