The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, and 34 of IPC.
Allegation against the accused including the petitioners is to have assaulted the informant and his relative. It is submitted that on the spur of the movement some altercation has been taken place. All the injuries are simple in nature. There was no intention to cause any death. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, in case of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks the above named petitioners will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Madanpur P. S. Case No. 154 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
