The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram Nagar P.S. case No. 1215 of 2016 under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted that petitioner is in jail since 30.10.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20460 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 1215 of 2016.
