The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Thana Patna P.S. Case No. 455 of 2018, arising out of Special Case No. 11726 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 20.20 liters of illicit liquor from the bag of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
