JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P. S. Case No.586 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b) of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

1301.625 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the vehicle for which the petitioner has absolutely no concern. The petitioner has been implicated earlier in four Excise cases.

As such, in the present case also, the petitioner has been implicated. Petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted.

S. Case No.586 of 2020.
