Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P. S. case no. 20/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.
Admittedly, petitioner is director of a coaching institute and according to the prosecution case itself, he did not take active part in the alleged occurrence rather it is alleged that he abetted the students.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4468 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi P. S. case no. 20/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
