Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. Ganpati Trivedi, learned Senior Counsel has placed on record a communication dated 31.01.2019. Evidently, now steps for ejectment of unauthorized encroachment have been directed to be initiated by the appropriate authority. As such, we close the instant proceedings with the hope and expectation that proceeding contemplated and initiated be concluded expeditiously, positively within a period of nine months from today.

Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of.
