Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.523 of 2016, registered under Sections 25(1-b)/A/26(ii)/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that police apprehended the petitioner along with others and recovered one loaded country made pistol. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner has been in custody since 04.08.2016 and other coaccused similarly situated has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.51211 of 2016 and chargesheet has also been submitted. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11476 of 2017 (3) dt.22-03-2017 2 / 2 petitioner, namely, Vikash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.523 of 2016.
