JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jadai P.S. Case No.212 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272, 273/32 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 34(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application in order to file petition for grant of regular bail before the court below. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within one month from today and prays for regular bail, which will be considered and disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
