A report was called for by the trial Court vide order dated 15.09.2021, in compliance of which learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (Children's Court), Sitamarhi has sent his report, which reads as follows:- "With reference to Hon'ble Court's order dated 15.09.2021 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1734 of 2021 by virtue of which Hon'ble Court has been pleased to call for a report, regarding stage of trial and time likely to be consumed in concluding the trial. In this regard, I have to humbly submit as follows:-
1. That I joined on 01.10.2020 as ADJ-I during the outbreak of Covid-19 virus.
2.That the chargesheet was framed on 17.09.2019 against accused and summon was issued to the witnesses on 07.12.2019. Thereafter, due to outbreak of Covid-19 Virus, no any official and non-official witnesses have been examined and next date fixed for evidence on 01.10.2021.
3. I, therefore, pray that six months time may kindly be allowed to conclude the trial of the case after normalcy is restored."

APP (SJ) No.1734 of 2021(3) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 After perusing the report of the court below, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage, hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby, rejected.
