2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 302 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of commission of murder of the informant's uncle, namely, Jagarnath Yadav by twisting his neck by the accused persons including the petitioner
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents as stated in para-3 of the petition and he is in custody since 21.10.2022. He next submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 10095 of 2025(4) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was already rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17671 of 2022 vide order dated 18.10.2022 and thereafter the petitioner was also filed regular bail which was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7469 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023 and again the petitioner was also filed regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court which was rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 8181 of 2024 vide order dated 04.04.2024 and again the petitioner has prayed for regular bail which was also rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60803 of 2024 vide order dated 26.10.2024.
5. Accordingly, there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. So the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
6. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of this case.
