JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 232, 504 and 306 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The petitioner being the Clerk of the school, abused the informant being the Headmaster of the school by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the enquiry was conducted for committing irregularity during evaluation of answersheet but the informant was apprehensive that the petitioner was instrumental in such a complaint, hence the present case has been filed. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 68 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
