2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 9937 of 2015.

3. A perusal of the order passed in the writ proceeding discloses that there is no positive direction to any of the respondents and hence, this Court is not satisfied that any contempt is made out
