The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i) (x) (xi) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

Accusation is of assaulting the informant and abusing by calling caste name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sister-in-law of the informant filed a Complaint Case No. 2397 of 2014 against the husband of the informant in which the petitioner is witness no. 1 as a result of which the present case has been filed. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4632 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
