The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i) (x) (xi) of the S.C./S.T. Act.
Accusation is of assaulting the informant and abusing by calling caste name.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sister-in-law of the informant filed a Complaint Case No. 2397 of 2014 against the husband of the informant in which the petitioner is witness no. 1 as a result of which the present case has been filed. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4632 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code. The learned court below will accept the bail bond of the petitioner if he has no criminal antecedent. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
