JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 Death of the so called employee, on whom there is a dispute whether he was part of permanent establishment or not, happened way back in the year 1995. Merely because there are correspondences in between it does not make out any case for direction or mandamus for consideration of appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground. Since 21 years has passed when the so called bread earner of the family died, no relief can be granted in favour of the petitioner.

Writ is dismissed.
