2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special POCSO Case No.295 of 2023 arising out of Pandark P.S. Case No.256 of 2023 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511 and 354(B) of the I.P.C. read with section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner against whom there is allegation that he has outraged the modesty of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner itself is victim in this case due to the reason that informant party has earlier filed a case on 26.10.2023 in which he is accused and was granted anticipatory bail, thereafter, a deep rooted conspiracy has been taken place by his enemy of the village and in the present case, petitioner was

5. Counsel further submits that from the content of F.I.R. itself, it is very much clear that the allegation is basically a false one and concocted.

6. Counsel further submits that petitioner's antecedent is not clean and there is one criminal case pending against him in which he is on bail and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO) -cum- A.D.J.-VI, Patna in connection with Special POCSO Case No.295 of 2023 arising out of Pandark P.S. Case No.256 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
