Submission of learned counsel for the appellants is that due to some inadvertence, address of appellant no. 1 has wrongly been typed in original appeal i.e., Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3915 of 2018 and correct address is "son of Ramsagar Sah, resident of village- Rampurwa, P.S.- Majhaulia, District- West Champaran at Bettiah".

Heard learned APP also.

In such view of the matter, the application stands allowed and order dated 07.01.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14019 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 (SJ) No. 3915 of 2018 is modified to the extent that address of appellant no. 1 be read as "son of Ramsagar Sah, resident of village- Rampurwa, P.S.- Majhaulia, District- West Champaran at Bettiah". The appellants are allowed to surrender before the court below within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned at once.
