2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., firing, made by this petitioner, hit husband of informant on his right eye, as a result of which, husband of informant died on spot.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2025, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
