This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the Police has submitted the charge-sheet against these petitioners under Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21349 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Siwaipatti P.S.
