Learned counsel for the opposite parties has filed a show cause stating therein that the order passed by this court dated 27-07-2021 in C.W.J.C. No. 9954 of 2020 has been complied and the District Screening Committee, Nawada under the Chairmanship of District Magistrate, Nawada in its meeting

Patna High Court MJC No.292 of 2022(4) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 dated 13.09.2022 decided to grant benefit of 2nd M.A.C.P. to the petitioner with effect from 01-01-2009. It has further been stated in the show cause that arrears of difference of salary and other benefits accruing to the petitioner shall be paid within two months from the date of filing of the show cause. In view of stand taken by the Opposite Party No. 5 / District Magistrate , Nawada in his show cause, the contempt application is disposed of with hope and trust that legal dues of the petitioner shall paid to him within a period two months as stated in the show cause.

The application stands disposed of.
