JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 442 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and specific allegation of assault is against other accused person and there is allegation against petitioner no.1 is of snatching money from the kurta of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries are simple in nature and no specific allegation of assault against any of the petitioner and allegation of snatching money

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13031 of 2019(3) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 is ornamental in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Sitamarhi, in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 442 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
