Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 328, 506, 354, 354 (C), 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Its a case of harassment and torture due to nonfulfillment of dowry demand. Petitioner is brother-in-law of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already on bail. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate , Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 46 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
