Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. Initially, the petitioner was arrested by the police on suspicion and thereafter confessional statement of the petitioner has been recorded. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 30.1.2016, however, has not been put on TI Parade as yet.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4109 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 Jehanabad/successor Court in connection with Ghosi Police Station Case No. 345 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case.
