It appears that the petitioner is an accused in Case No. 1629 of 2016 presently pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Pimpari, Pune. It also appears that a nonbailable warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner to secure his attendance in the said court.
