Petitioner is accused in connection with Pakridyal P.S. Case No. 188 of 2016 registered under Section 498A/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been made accused in this case due to family dispute. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.12.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.,
