JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-02-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. The writ petitioner has sought disposal of the case by directing the respondent-Circle Officer to consider the application (Annexure-2) filed by him in the year 2013 for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of khata No. 73 old plot no. 439, new plot no. 623 measuring an area of 57 decimals. The said proceeding has not been decided by the Circle Officer till date. Having heard the parties, this writ application is disposed of by directing the respondent -Circle Officer, Nagar Anchal, Gaya ( respondent no.4) to dispose of the mutation application said to have been filed by the petitioner copy whereof has been enclosed as Annexure-2, if not already disposed of as quickly as possible preferably within two months. Be it noted that
Patna High Court CWJC No.2253 of 2015 dt.04-02-2015 2/2 this Court has not gone into the merit of the claim with regard to his right to be mutated.
