2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that 289.23 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the tempo. Petitioner is owner of the tempo.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Purnea in connection with K.
