JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 11th January 2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 136 of 2017.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 136 of 2017 and this Court, order dated 11th January 2017, had granted bail to the petitioner.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that after granting bail, the petitioner has not been enlarged on bail on account of discrepancies in his residential address mentioned in the First Information Report, as his permanent address has not been mentioned in the First Information Report, only his present address has been mentioned.

Let the permanent address of the petitioner be also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3305 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 treated residential address as Salimpur Ahara, Dwarika Nath Gali No. 3, PS-Gandhi Maidan, District-Patna.

The court below will act in view of the permanent address.
