Petitioner has filed the present application for a direction to the respondents to consider her case for compassionate appointment.

Husband of the petitioner died in harness on 28.7.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the respondents for consideration of her case for compassionate appointment and

Considering the object behind the compassionate appointment to tide over immediate financial crisis, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

In the event, the petitioner is not found suitable for appointment of Niyojeet Shikshak, the respondents have to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground on class-III and IV posts in the light of the recommendation of the High Power Committee contained in Memo No. 1275 dated 26.9.2019.

Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U
