2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 65.730 liters of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from the tempo of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is the registered owner of the seized tempo.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is owner of the vehicle, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Ranjeet/- U T
