The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihar PS case no. 444 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding two accused persons having been caught by the police along with a motorcycle when checking was being conducted and the papers could not be produced, whereupon they admitted that they were involved in stealing motorcycles, whereafter raid was made at the house of the petitioner and stolen motorcycle was recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in custody since 02.10.2018. It is further

No.11844 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent, however it is submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit cash security for grant of privilege of regular bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail upon deposit of a sum of Rs. 25,000/- by way of cash security and subject to such other conditions as may be imposed by the learned court of C.J.M. Nalanda in connection with Bihar PS case no. 444 of 2018. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail petition stands disposed of.
